Help. Found this damage on my rear seat in my car after my careless in-laws we in it a few nights ago.

Wife and I went out for dinner a few nights ago with her sister and dumbass husband and they insisted on taking my charger srt. Went for dinner and on the way back stopped to get gas and the husband ran in the store and grabbed a monster and started to drink it in my car even though I have a no food policy in my car. Fast forward to today when I was cleaning the seat and the pull down cup holders were stuck to the seat base. Dumbass spilt his monster causing it make my seats sticky and when I pulled the puldown off the seat it took the top layer of leather with it. Any idea how I can maybe remedy this? Thanks in advance.
