I smashed my phone by accident. It is unusable totally smashed. I got a new phone and downloaded uphold and authenticator app. When I try to get into the authenticator it says to go into my old device and get a code to swap onto my new device. I can’t do that. I tried the 24hr two step email verification thing and it didn’t work. It took me to a page that hadn’t been updated since September 9th and said uphold was down temporarily. I haven’t been able to get in contact with uphold and I’m super worried. I’m not rich and I put a higher percentage of my money than I should have in uphold.
