Almost the end of Q2. Any discussion for moving certain cryptos to tier 4 status like bitcoin as mentioned 2 months ago?

Curious as I'd used uphold for certain crypto when I first started like XRP and DGB. It was mentioned some cryptos like DGB would be moved to a higher tier in Q2 but since they said this I have found little extra saying this is still happening.
