This is for those that are currently using Uphold or are thinking about it. Uphold doesn't require you to verify your information when you deposit funds but does so when you want to withdraw them. Upon trying to get my account verified, they restricted my account and stated that they were investigating my account. They stated that the process would be quick and that my account would be up and running in no time.

That was on 2/7/21 and now its been almost 2 weeks and my account is still restricted. There is no way of contacting them except via email. They haven't told me why my account is restricted and they have not responded to any of my emails. I thought Uphold was a legit broker but their actions state otherwise. I'm still in the process of trying to remove my funds. My hope is that this doesn't happen to anyone else and to spread information.
