I changed my number so I can't log in and when I hit support button in app the web shows for a split second and goes away. Found on web and still at some point in email for ticket points to app and does the same crap. Granted I messed up with phone number but their support is unacceptable. I've went as far as resetting my phone but still does the same thing.
