I received my refund. I just want to say this is the absolute worst company I have ever experience, you're screwing with peoples money and your customer service is non existent. If you can't respond due to a high level of ticket hire more people. This is peoples money going on hold for 60 days without an explanation. I hope every lawsuit that comes to you in the future is in favor to the customer and eventually you're exposed for you terrible policies for handling peoples hard earned money who is trusting you.
It's been a pleasure, and I'll be sure to recommend never using this company to any future colleagues.
