I go to an extremely competitive high school that’s ranked number one in my state. Almost every class I’ve taken in high school was an honors/AP/Dual Credit/Accelerated class. I took 9 AP classes. Here’s the kicker though, I have a 3.582 GPA due to a poor freshman year first sem gpa (2.5 gpa). But my grades have had a steady upward trend since then. Because of this, I’m unsure of my chances at UMN for CLA or the engineering dept. I know nobody really knows what admissions will be like, but could someone speculate on my chances? (I also got a fee waiver which wasn’t from any aid)
100% CLA unless you murdered someone. CSE harder, I wouldn’t bank on CSE. Probably pretty low chance tbh.
I went to U of M like 10 years ago though
