Does anyone know if there's any tutors for art classes at the U or which professors in the art department are the best to help with basic concepts and techniques during office hours? I'm taking Intro To Drawing with Sean and he's super nice but honestly he's so relaxed in his teaching style that I'm not really learning properly or improving at all. At the beginning of the semester it seemed like everyone had a baseline of artistic ability that I was far below which shocked me because it's an intro course. I straight up draw like Napoleon Dynamite level and it's super embarrassing being in the class and I really need better help than Sean's free form, hippy way. I love the guy but I need something a lot more concrete and tangible. Any recommendations or advice would be super helpful, thank you!!!
