Simple idea: Weapon Crafting (hear me out)

This could be considered more of an idea for a mod, but as you can saw off the masterkey to make the sawed off, I think it would be a fun, slightly Mad Max-y idea to be able to cut down weapons like the Zubeknakov and the Schofield into portable versions of the base weapons. It's not a super overpowered suggestion, if anything it makes the weapon more impractical. The Zubek has high recoil as it is, but I think it's a fairly decent benefit to have a cut down rifle for range.
