So, I'm fully behind our decision to unschool our kids (although our youngest, the only girl, has decided she want's to start going to some classes) and as the title says, the oldest is 14. I know there is still time before he "graduates" but I want him to be ready when he decides what he wants to do after that. Not sure yet if he wants to go to a technical school, a real college, or just get started in some sort of trade but I'm worried if he chooses one of the first two he will get a rude awakening when it comes to actual study and classroom structures.
Anybody with experience with this have any advice? Like are there courses or maybe some classes somewhere to start preparing him for this? Should I just relax and have faith that he will figure it out as long as we support and facilitate him as much as possible?
