UT2K4 Textures not rendering on maps

I've booted up 2k4 again and I'm noticing that textures like stairways and floors in certain areas aren't rendering. I still walk over them and most times they render when I get really close to them, but I'm not sure why this started happening. Anyone have any ideas?
