Bolt action really animations?

Hi, how would a go about animating bolt action weapons and magazines and such, how would I be able to keep the same arm skeleton for weapons with different skeletons, if I need to animate hands and weapon separately how should i sync them of not how do I animate the bolt, thanks for your help
