I'm looking to recreate the Super Metroid Grapple Beam as well as Metroid: Samus Returns style pulling of objects as well.
I'm using the BP code found here: https://blueprintue.com/blueprint/yhie0z95/ to accomplish the first portion of this.
Here is what it looks like in my project. The additions I've made are the movement mode is set to flying and the player can move up and down as they are attached. My issue is that the player can move freely once they're attached and that there's no way to move them towards the impact point while providing a swinging momentum. And I forgot to show it in the video but the player can only attach as they look right, looking left does not work for the attachment.
