this setup is as simplified as i can think of.
Basically, i have no idea how to properly interact with list views. After struggling for awhile i learned list views are special and handles differently from most ways data is stored.
So i tried following some youtube guides and whatnot. this is as simplified as my setup can get and it still doesn't work.
If i get the variable using the bottom right button in image 2 it returns the correct text, and the text in the topleft button is supposed to be data binded to variable Text Name. I did lots of tests and it seems it is indeed bound, but im guessing there is some instance problem where im targeting the wrong instance, but i have no idea what.
UData is an empty class object, with the Data variable. (should be THE list entry).
i dont understand what different any of this makes, i tried a very different approach earlier, it didn't work, youtube said this, but it doesn't work (or maybe i do it differently because youtubes example is for a struct)
any help apricated.
