How do i make a map a structure / Data table can use?

I realized setting a map in a structure makes a data table ask me to define the map.
Derp.
So, now i want to setup a map somewhere else.
then have a structure access it as a variable.
So, a data table can select what key value pair it wants.
idealy im looking for a Enum-Structure Map
so my data table can select a structure by name, and then access that structure and fill it out.
