Title summarizes it pretty concisely but I like to game, have for pretty much my whole life. I see people spending loads of cash trying to maximize their frames and I don’t really see the appeal. Every game I’ve seen or played, looks better at or below 30 fps than it does above 30 IMO. For me the sweet spot is right around 15 fps, anything higher kind of just looks wonky and seems pointless. Now I do realize that the types of games I tend to play could be a factor, I mostly play competitive first or third person shooters or souls-like games. Not really sure how unpopular this opinion is but I shared it with a friend recently and kinda got flamed so I’m putting it out there for others to see and maybe make me feel like it’s not actually that unpopular an opinion.
