Hidden Valley Ranch…Is Not Good Ranch.
Post Body

It’s gross, let’s just all say it. It’s the basic bitch of all ranches and there are FAR more superior brands and recipes if you buy it. Homemade is a different story, but we are talking off-the-shelf Ranch. It’s thin; it has more vinegar flavor than a lot of other brands, which if that’s your jam, ok. All of its specialty flavors are lack-luster too, and ones that aren’t unique or new in any way. Avocado, chipotle, spicy, buttermilk. All snoozes. Their dry mix powder to make it at home…like stale buttermilk powder. If your local grocery carry’s a refrigerated brand like Lighthouse, Marizetti, or literally ANY OTHER fridge required ranch, skip the dressing aisle and go to produce and get a cold jar. Argue amongst yourselves…
