Benefits are irrelevant when you gross $22 Million a year.
Although making $20,000, $400 a month isnβt very manageable when you factor in car insurance, gas expenses, living expenses and say you work at Walmart. You would be getting a 10% discount.
I suggest companies start incentivizing workers better. You can argue that companies have, yet you see the evidence everyday.
People are drained and gone are the days of shadow corporations.
They are VERY publicized now and people are educated. When you realize there is a whole level of higher paid individuals who do less, you feel cheated.
