Watching video games on YouTube in game movie style is much better than playing the game itself

By “game movie style” I mean: Uncharted 2 game movie Spider-Man ps4 game movie Final Fantasy 7 remake game movie

YouTube channels that upload the entire gameplay of videos games, and mostly show the cutscenes with ample/related gameplay.

Most people don’t have time to play a 50 game. so why waste all that time and money when you can instead enjoy the stories these games have to offer with an easier way. With YouTube video game movies gameplays.

This applies to most games with stories (so not games like Super Smash Bros)

Why have stacks of games on your shelf, when you can instead enjoy the story for free on YouTube? Why waste hours on gameplay to get the story, when you can watch for free immediately? Why waste $50 on a game that is free to experience online?

If it wasn’t for video game movies, there would have been so many game stories I would have never had a chance to experience
