No one should be in jail 10+ years. Fewer people should go to jail: more people should be executed.

Victimless crimes should not send anyone to jail. And humans should not be put into storage/criminal boot camp for a decade or more.
We need to focus on rehabilitative criminal justice, not punitive. And those monsters who are not fit for society shouldn’t consume our resources until they die of old age.
Edit: I was unclear on the scale. Like a million people fewer should go to jail, and 100 monsters more should be executed.
