Angel hair is the best pasta.

Ok sure it won’t work in lasagna but anytime you’re tossing a pasta with sauce of some sort. It’s the best selection. It’s light, and isn’t doughy. It’s not something you want swimming in sauce but at proper ratios is superb. It can even be used for sesame noodles with success. But above all it really shines with delicate flavors like high quality Olive oil, fresh tomatoes and herbs.
