Women being hurt in fiction isn't entertaining
Post Body

I know some people get a thrill out of beautiful women being chased and hurt...more than likely killed in horror, thriller, and other such films, tv shows, books, comics, etc....espeically if they're deemed 'bad girls'...but I find it horrifying. Them begging in panic and/or fear...it breaks my heart. (This also extends to women that aren't human, ex. vampires, werewolves, etc. Seeing them be killed is horrific, but that's also part of another post.) And the films seemingly try to make you not feel as bad for them, whether they cheat, or with someone who's cheating, one that they would consider 'too confident', or do questionable things...it doesn't make feel any less horrified and sad at seeing them get hurt (and even if they don't...god...). And even if they aren't killed, whether they're humiliated, belittled, berated, beaten, etc...it's still terrible...I mean...seeing a woman getting gunned down for cheating, or several women being stalked and murdered by some psycho in a house they're locked in, or a woman begging for someone not to tell her abusive husband she's seeing someone else, or a woman getting butchered for just having sex at the wrong place at the wrong time...it brings me to tears and makes me want to scream in fury.
