Okay so before people start attacking me let me explain that I don’t think skin BLEACHING is acceptable by any means. I also think people should accept the skin tone they are born with. If someone doesn’t that’s fine because it’s an insecurity that many people around the world have. This isn’t always due to race either. Many Asian cultures do this because of cultural reasons and as long as someone is doing this naturally and safely (Lemon Juice, Koji acid) then it’s fine. I just find it weird that it’s acceptable to burn your skin but looked down upon if you want to brighten or lighten.
