If someone gets plastic surgery, the only thing that matters is that they are happy.

Making this because I've just seen two different posts about how different plastic surgeries are ugly or unattractive. From what I can see, most of the comments agree.
So, it must be unpopular to think that I dont really care what someone else does with their body and I think that as long as someone is happy with the results or happy with their body, then that's attractive.
Lip fillers or boob jobs, they dont bother me and I dont think anyone is inherently less attractive for having them.
