Processed cheese slices make the best grilled cheese sandwiches.

The cheese gets all gooey and melts perfectly throughout, it has a lower melting point so there's a lower risk of burning the outside of the sandwich, and the flavor pairs perfectly with ketchup. Processed cheese is awful when it's served cold but melt it in a grilled cheese or on a burger and it's chef's kiss delicious.
