Do not press ‘snooze’ when the alarm clock goes off in the morning. Let me explain why. The ‘snooze’ button on alarm clocks is a poor design that enables people to not get up in the morning. When people set their alarms for, let’s say 8 A.M., and don’t want to get out of bed and press the ‘snooze’ button for forty-five minutes, for example, they are then late for the reason why they set their alarm clock in the first place. Time and time again, this damn button is the reason why people are often late for work or leaving other people hanging by taking away their time.

Not to mention, if you share a bedroom with someone and press ‘snooze’ repeatedly, you being lazy is the reason why this person will lose sleep.

TLDR; when your alarm clock goes off, you shortchange yourself and other people’s time if you repeatedly press ‘snooze’ and defeat the whole purpose of getting up early.
