most people (this is just on average) are born, graduate high school at 17-18, graduate college somewhere in there early to mid 20s, find a career in their mid to late 20s, buy a house and have children in the late 20s to early 30s (but this is becoming much more less common), advance in careers up until they are in their 50s and retire in their mid 60s. after retirement people get to do things like travel, spend time with grandkids and just wait until their time is up which in my opinion is nice but I wouldn't want to live more than 15-20 years after this.
why? because of two simple reasons
- limit of money
- general boredom
I do believe that living a healthy and happy life is more important than living a very long life. I would rather die at 67 and have lived a well or even satisfactory life than a terrible and long life and die at 97.
also there are other factors like
- looks fade dramatically after 60
- health declines for almost all after 70
- memory issues and mental/physical l health is impaired as well (no matter how hard you try to stay healthy)
I am not scared of getting old terribly but I don't want to just sit there and wait to die. Many people also think that traveling is a way to not have that happen but let like I listed in pervious factors most people will probably be too old to want to travel.
I suggest doing it while you're young enough to be able bodied.
AND THIS IS WHY WE NEED MORE VACATION TIME !!!
