Cities should take industrial blighted lots and make them drug free for all zones.

I envision these areas as walled off communities where people can go into it and use any drug they please. The caveat of these Zones is no police, fire, ambulance will ever enter. If you need emergency services you need to meet them at the front gate.

Governments can sell the drugs they seqzize to people who frequent the zone. Then they can run these places at a profit.

All the shit goes in and nothing comes out. Police can have a check point on the other side for those wanting to exit. They are searched for guns / drugs / warrants etc ....

A perfect world for those who want to flaunt the laws.

Heck they could have their own purges too.

It has something for every political party.
