Brie Larson said something sexist and racist and people defend her only because it was said against a white man.
Post Body

This is Brie Larson's quote

I do not need a 40-year-old white dude to tell me what didn't work for him about A Wrinkle in Time. It wasn't made for him. I want to know what it meant to women of colour, to biracial women, to teen women of colour, to teens that are biracial,"

Regardless of what excuses you might cook up ( apparently if a film is about black women only black women can talk about it?? ), she basically disregards the opinion of a critic because of his sex and gender. Had someone said the same thing but used something like ''black woman'' instead, they'd be CRUCIFIED. It doesn't matter who the movie is made for, it doesn't matter how many white, black or helicopter critics there are. To say that someone's opinion does not matter based on their skin color and shape of their genitals is pure bigotry.

Subs like r/movies, r/marvelcinematicuniverse and others will immediately turn on you for calling this out, which, to me, proves that bigotry against white men has been normalised.

Edit:

Oh here's another little gem that proves she's a crazy feminazi

Apparently some dude asking for her number means women live life in danger.
