Most drinks are better if you let them get closer to room temperature than the temperature when served
Post Body

This has been bothering me for quite some time and after the lava-hot cup of coffee served to me this morning, it has to be said.

Let's take beer for example. Twin Peaks, for example, advertises 29 degree beer. Not even the mass-produced beers like Miller Lite and such should be consumed that cold and most beers should be almost double that temperature when consumed.

Coffee and tea are the same way, even cold brewed types. Brew it however you want, but let it sit and get closer to room temperature. Instead of being shocked with the temperature of the drink, you can actually appreciate the differences in flavor.
