The phrase “talk shit get hit” is a commonly used one. People in our society generally seem to think if someone says something particularly insulting or offensive, that gives you the right to lay hands on them, and somehow that makes you tough for throwing hands over words.
Cowards throw hands over words. People who are secure in themselves don’t need to beat up people who talk shit about them.
Duly noted. However to some people I believe that it is. Words are incredibly powerful and can invoke emotions that people cannot control. Of course all of us coming from different home environments, in some places "fuck you" means I love you. How are we to know though?
Ok......what if said words are threats to your small children? Threats made by an adult..... Is blunt force trauma okay then? I'm asking for a friend.
