"Am I happy?" is one of the most common questions I hear people ask. And I will see people discard relationships, friendships, job opportunities, dive into all manner of compulsive behaviors/addictions you name it a FOMO search for that which make them happy.
But seeking happiness from some relationship, external thing, perfect job, ideal city etc is all just proof that they don't know what they are looking for.
