I do not understand why some people who are in romantic relationships can make time to see their partner and message them often but when it comes to their friends they take days to reply or don't make time to see them.

They also are openly emotionally affectionate to their partner telling them that they love them open, that they make them happy, etc but when it comes to their friends they don't do that.

If you can make time to message your partner, ask them to go places with you and be affectionate to them openly you can easily do it with your friends too.

Romantic relationships and platonic relaitonsops often overlap in certain places so I don't see a reason why you can't do the same basic things.
