T.V. series and movies shot in Los Angeles should be set in Los Angeles if the exterior scenes are obviously L.A.

The best example I can think of is "The Office". Why did they bother having the show set in Pennsylvania if every time the characters go outside you see sunshine and palm trees? They didn't even really try to hide it. Wouldn't it just have made more sense for the show to be about a Los Angeles based paper company??
