So I decided to buy macarons to celebrate a special occasion today and I don’t even have a sweet tooth. Macarons just taste like any other wafer candy bar to me and it always have.
Maybe I just don’t know what’s in there to appreciate about or it’s all the bad macaroons I’ve had so far. But I don’t think it should cost me $20 for a wee 6 pieces of quarter sized fancy communion wafer.
I’m pretty sure I’ve offended French people at this point but hey it’s okay to have different opinions and still be friends.
