I’ve casually followed lightsum since debut as a fan of G-idle and was excited to see their sister group! Vanilla was nice not my favourite but a solid debut track in my opinion but they’ve just come back with Vivace and the moment the chorus hit I thought this is so similar to Panorama. From the sound, which isn’t a bad thing as I loved IZone’s sound and would love for a new group to try and tackle it, to the showcase styling. But it’s just not that good of a song. The structure is so similar that I was humming the izone lyrics to make sure I wasn’t going crazy. It feels like a cheap replication of Panorama which is annoying because the Lightsum girls are clearly talented but this song hinders them in my opinion? If they were going to do this elegant concept which I believe they can definitely pull off and what seems to be the case due to the groups teasers, why not try to make the sound your own then copying what’s been done before? If anyone else hears it to me let me know!

This is my first post on this page so don’t be to mean haha and in now way am I hating the group, I just feel it’s a cheap copy of an already existing song! I’m in no way gate keeping the concept etc. or anything other then what I’ve stated in my opinion.

EDIT: I AM IN NO WAY HATING ON LIGHTSUM AS A GROUP LIKE SOME PEOPLE TAKE IT AS. It’s not ‘shade’ it’s a fucking opinion, you have one, I have one lmao.
