Apollo Twin USB Channel 2 Busted?
Post Body

Hey everyone, new to this subreddit. So I'm having technical issues with my Apollo Twin USB. Whenever I switch to channel 2, it works fine. However, as soon as I turn on the 48V phantom power, the preamp immediately hits the red and stays stuck there until I turn it off. After a random amount of time, the right side where the speaker levels are shown it spikes and stays at red

I've tried factory resetting it twice but the same issue still applies. Strangely Channel 1 works fine and has no issues at the moment. What's even stranger is if I keep turning it on and off, it'll fix itself till it feels like it wants to break again.
