I fly BTV to either EWR, ORD, ATL, MCI or DFW for the most part. So little shitty regional hops (and ALWAYS a connection unless I'm going to EWR or ORD). Only reason I'm making it past silver this year is an unexpected trip out of the country, and a personal one to SLC.
At least I actually have gotten a handful of upgrades a silver since I'm on such weird routes.
