Anyone here with UA IT? For well over a year, there’s been a glitch in the UA app.

When you are scrolling down the Business or First class awards column for your destination, it constantly snaps back to the Economy column. Swipe back, scroll down about four flights, it snaps back again. It’s been doing this for well over a year. Maybe two. It does it on four different iPhones including two brand new 15 Pros. It does not do it on our iPad Minis or the desk top version. It does it whether looking for cash or award seats.

I’ve planned many trips over the past couple of years and this glitch gets really frustrating, especially when you’re looking at international flights when there may be a hundred flights to scroll through.

I don’t know what’s going on. Hard to believe it hasn’t been remedied after all this time.
