Chase United card travel insurance for European trip

We just booked a European River cruise for the Fall. Flying using award miles. Fees booked on Quest card. Cruise and all other trip expenses on same card. Is the travel insurance offered on a Quest card sufficient to protect two pretty healthy 72 year olds. Not engaging in any risky activities. Just want the basic coverage you’d find in a mid level policy such as Allianz offers. Relying on the card travel coverage would save us about $800.
Not sure where to look for the details.
