I was booking a flight for United that I’m going on in a few weeks and I saw there was a special ad saying that I will get a $400 statement credit after one purchase.

I applied and the final screen said that they need to review my application and will let me know in 7-10 days. Now I’m worried that the offer won’t apply since I can’t put my flight on the CC and I’m not going to wait to book because the flight is in a few weeks and I risk the prices going up. Im going to call the recon line tomorrow but assuming I get approved, will I still get that special $400 statement credit after making one random purchase?

Credit score is 800 and I’m way under chase’s 5/24 rule btw.
