I was trying to establish a wobbly union at a janitorial company in an airport. The workers were divided as to whether or not they wanted to unionize. My boss’s boss’s boss showed up to monitor things more often. I would casually say “shoot the bosses” totally not meaning it (because bosses are annoying). Tulsa PD (like 3 officers) were interviewing me trying to get me to crack. They searched me for firearms. (I don’t own firearms, my family, whom I lived with didn’t own firearms). Nobody showed up to my worker’s committee meeting. It was a disaster. I was a shit organizer. Is there anything I could have done differently?
