Just finished the DLC, do I need the Ethereal Torch anymore?

I just finished Expedition and was wondering if I should keep the Ethereal Torch or sell it to Azif?
My character is not a psi user and it isn’t up to its full potential with this build, I get that is cuts through 50% of DR and DT.
