Which is better for enemies with high mech resist: 7.62 JHP, W2C, or Micro-Shrapnel rounds?

I am wondering which of these would be best for enemies who have a high mech resist, I don’t totally get the stats for each (especially JHP), I also have the Wasteland Hawk which I refurbished and that can use exploding rounds.
