Countering a 3* Bloodseeker with Stonehall Cloak and over 100 kills?

I was in the final 3 in Standard with a Scrappy/Dragon/Inventor comp. Every match against this one guy, I would destroy his entire team except for the monster I described in the title who would then proceed to kill the 4 or 5 characters I had left without ever getting under 50% health. What could I have done in that situation? Any possible counters?
