I decided to try out broke boii but I feel like I'm off on something or another. Followed GTs tutoria on YT but I feel like my rice is failing it comes out hard still but definitely hydrated. My stove works too well so after the boil I leave it on low so idk if its enough to soften the shell or if thats even a factor. I got mod lids with mp tape over the hole n I've been doing steam sterilization (Tamale pot) for 90 mins with 24 hr cool down
What kinda brown rice has been used? Can I see your Steam Sterilizer? Brown Rice Recipe?
