Are Cooked Grains Usable?

Post Body

My first attempt was a no-go due to low temperature. I purchased a seedling mat without a temperature control. Even though I had a few towels down, it wasn't enough and I ended up with a patch of dark brown grains (cooked) in each view-window. My bags have a little less cooked rice than the one found here: https://i.redd.it/zucsjb8jq3i61.jpg . Do I need to toss my bags or do they have a chance? I'll probably do an incubation box next instead of sitting on top of the heat mat.
