Question about substrate

Hello everyone.
I am hopefully going to spawn 4UB to a 20qt tub. Iām confused about the whole substrate to water ratio and how substrate to use for the tub.
I have coir brick which are 650g each. Should I use the whole brick or more, how much water to put when pasteurizing. Iād really appreciate If anyone could help me out with it and explain me in a simple way so that I would understand.
