recently gifted a print from a friend. i live in a tiny apartment with not much space, regularly inspected, and have pets and shit for budget... can i get the literal easiest AF set it and forget it small space grow advice, like, i mean shoebox size, max yield if possible, and adhd/depression-friendly...
plz be nice, im fn sensitive, chronically ill/disabled and going thru some horrible shit π₯Ίπ«Ά thanks to anyone kind enough to share. meds are killing me and I'm trying to make my own herbal micro blend caps for serious trauma and burnout that nothing else will touch because I'm completely isolated and have no support except a telehealth therapist and fair-weather friends.
Start with easy herbs like basil or mint in shoebox-sized containers, use a small LED grow light, water only when the top inch of soil is dry, and consider a diluted liquid fertilizer every few weeks for a low-maintenance indoor garden that can bring some joy.
