2-Year-Old Honey – Potency and Safety?

I bought 14g of the Makilla Gorilla strain over two years ago. I consumed around 10g and stored the remaining 4g, ground fine, in a jar of honey. Fast forward two years, and I’ve just found it at the back of the cupboard.
My question is: would ageing affect the potency, and is it still safe to eat?
